Our Mninga condo takes its design cues from the Octagon villa, but heeds other traditional architectural methods and styles found across the island. Harvesting sea and solar energy, the Mninga condo will be entirely self-sufficient. This is the way in which we guarantee our investors a degree of liberty and personal autonomy not enjoyed elsewhere.

Investors will also be able to take advantage of full housekeeping and concierge services, and a lettings agency for non-Zanzibari residents which will secure a solid return on any investment.
